Order
If you want a unique piece designed for you, we can propose several options and sketches until we find the optimal one in your case, fully adapted to your tastes and needs.
Once the quote we provide is accepted, we will proceed with making the piece.
After finishing the creation of the piece, we will send you a series of photographs, as many as you want, to see all the details of it.
Payment methods
With the piece finished and your approval, we will request payment in cash if you plan to pick it up at the workshop; or by bank transfer, Bizum, or PayPal if you want it shipped to your home.
Shipping
Once the payment is completed, we will proceed with sending the part to the address you provide, and we will give you the tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Shipping costs will be €6 for small items and €10 for large items within the peninsula. For shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, or international shipments, please inquire.
Returns.
If you need to return any item, you just have to send it to our address and, once its condition has been checked, we will refund the amount using the same method used for the payment. You have 15 calendar days from the moment of receiving the item to make the return.
